SlotFirst works with any practice on ZocDoc, Healthgrades, MyChart, or standard online booking portals. During setup you provide the booking URL and your login credentials — we handle the rest. If your doctor only takes phone bookings, we'll help you set up a notification instead.
Is it legal? Is my data safe? +
Yes. We act as your agent — just as you could hire an assistant to call and book appointments for you. Your credentials are encrypted with AES-256 and never stored in plaintext. We only access booking portals on your behalf, for the specific appointments you authorize.
What if I don't want the slot that gets booked? +
You can cancel any booking directly with the clinic — the appointment is yours, in your name, on their system. We always send you a confirmation before marking a booking complete. You can also set restrictions so we only book within specific windows.
How fast does it actually check? +
SlotFirst checks every 3–5 minutes, 24 hours a day. Most cancellation slots are filled within 10–30 minutes of opening — our scan frequency puts you well ahead of anyone manually refreshing.
What's the difference between the plans? +
One-Time ($9) is for a single doctor, one booking. Monthly ($19) covers up to 3 doctors with continuous monitoring — best if you need ongoing care or multiple specialists. Family ($35) covers up to 5 people and 10 doctors.
